However, the point is that in 1943 some U.S. soldiers with their spouses in the U.S. descended into a hotspot of soldiers. It was called Ft. Duncan. Unfortunately they found that the restaurant was closed. It was very disappointing for them. But a manager of Sekhanka came to their aid.
He decided to prepare an instant recipe with the ingredients that were still left over. The manager’s name was Ignacio Nacho Anaya. He first fried the tortillas and cut them into triangles. To that he added some jalapeño peppers and cheddar, but didn’t forget to add cheese as well. Nacho deserves real thanks because he introduced this wonderful item.
